Creating Calm is different: a sustainable, holistic approach that teachers and wider school staff can continue to
develop in their own professional and personal lives.
Rather than just another set of short-term “tips and tricks” on managing stress, Creating Calm enables you to work towards an everyday state of Energised Calm by understanding – then working with – the frequently conflicting relationship between Mind, Body and Feelings.

Creating Calm is a very practical, interactive workshop in three flexible formats: 1-hour, half-day, or whole-day. Using the CoolFire Approach and techniques, you will not only experience a deep state of calm and relaxation, but also actively explore how to work with the Energised Body, your everyday biochemistry and more</.

In addition, you will be able to:
